Proverbs 20
22 Do not say, “I’ll pay you back for this wrong!”
Wait for the LORD, and he will avenge you.
This is the same idea Jesus spoke years later. We are supposed to love our enemies and do good for them. This is really a trust issue for the Lord. Will we wait for Him to take care of us?
