I enjoy this part of the story, because since Moses is writing this you really hear the nuance of the converstation between God and him. Moses doesn't hide the fact that he sometimes whined to the Lord like in 5:22 - 6:1. I really like how God reassures him in the next section 6:2-9 when He tells Moses that he was the first to really know God in this special way where he knows the name of God. How far did Moses come from the time that he asked God to send someone else when he was by the bush until the end of his life when he led Israel to the promised land. God can see what we will become someday. Oh, for the faith to believe in God's care and faithfullness.
